AMORTIZATION TABLE INSTRUCTIONS
The tables are set up for 360, 240, 120 and 60 periods.
Data required in all fields except B8-
=B7 - SALE AMOUNT (enter amount of sale) @
>B8 - DOWN PYMT % (when appliciable, enter down payment %
as a whole number)@
>B9 - TERM IN YRS (if entered as mo or day, div by 12 or
365 as appropriate)@
>B10- PMTS PER YR (enter number of payments to be made each
year)@
>B11- YRLY INT RTE (enter yearly interest rate as a -
whole no. ie. 12.5% and not as .125%)
<After above data is entered and then calculated, there will 0
be an Amortization Table commencing at row 25.
;1. At cell J-1, you can enter various periods to determine >
<interest and principal paid between them. (ie: to determine ?
=interest and principal paid the 1st year, 2nd year, 4th year <
:and first 5 years, enter: 0 at L-6, 12 at L-7; 12 at L-13 >
<and 12 at L-14; 48 at L-20 and 12 at L-21; 0 at L-27 and 60
at L28 then calculate.)
82. At cell W-1 you can enter various dates to determine ;
9interest and principal paid between them. Note that when >
<using dates, the date (month and year) of the first payment ?
=must be entered; this is used as a reference for calculating ?

<example 1, begining date 1 at Z-3, 1985 at AA-3; 1 at Z-5, ;

=3. At cell H-5, by entering any selected payment number, the :
8amount that applies to interest and principal, for that 9
7payment, can be determined; at cell H-5 enter selected <
:period number, then either calculate or at cell H-6, Open ?
=Apple U, space, delete, return (this will calculate that one >
<cell without recalculating the entire program) repeat these
steps at cell H-7.
;The tables are designed with "protection" at all non-entry ?
=cells. To make changes to "protected cells" use Open Apple V
protection commands.
